Meet Paula

Well, hello there! Welcome to my blog.  I am truly honored and overjoyed to see that you’ve found my lil’ corner of the style world.

So, a little bit about me. I am a forty….er…..uh…..something personal stylist (mom, wife, friend, entrepreneur, executive, college student, aerobics instructor, martini lover and high heel hoarder) who has, all my life, been refered to as a “fashionista”.  Although I have a stiletto and costume jewelry collection that would crush a herd of elephants, I didn’t set-out to create this persona. Honestly, I was just born with a keen eye for classy and fabulous style. I take great pleasure at creating looks at affordable prices. I understand and have been educated in the silhouettes, colors, textures, patterns, proportions and details, especially the details, that make women look and feel confident and beautiful in their clothing.  And every woman, no matter her size, shape or age, deserves to feel confident in her clothing.

Thank you fellow and future fashionistas, friends and family for reading my blog posts, allowing me an opportunity to share my affordable style tips and tricks with you.  I hope you’re ready to be inspired, encouraged, educated and entertained. If so, let’s get this style party started!

Hugs,

Paula

personal stylist & stiletto maven

I love your blog!! It’s fun and quick and I can get fashion tips that are under two minutes.
I like the idea that it is short and I don’t have to save it to my email so I can read it later,
(which may be never). I’m going to print “What women want…..To tell their men about Style” and leave it on the toilet seat (closed) for my husband of almost 23 years when he takes his 3:30 am tinkle. I have been living in Chicago for the last 18 years (only for love) and grew up on Long Beach, Calif and went to school with Stephanie Walsh and Maryann Rawlins. Look forward to your next blog.
