One zucchini, two zucchini, three zucchini, four……..an hour! That’s how quickly these lil’ buggers grow. We’re dipping in humus and eating it raw, sautéing it in olive oil, baking it in bread and grilling it with fish.
Check out todays harvest. It was especially bountiful-zucchini, squash, onions, beets, snap peas and peppers. The majority was brought to an afternoon BBQ at a dear friends house. That’s the super cool thing about having such a giving garden….sharing! Which reminds me, I would like to share a little secret with you……the purple jumper…..$17! Paired with a neutral heel, belt and hat, the whole look is less than $75. Tie a colorful scarf around the rim of that and voilà, a chic (yet cheap) garden look.
